Ross Alcorn – EXC Owner and Technician Before founding EXC in 2001, Ross worked as a Systems Administrator and Systems Technician for over 5 years. He has extensive knowledge with Microsoft products, including past and current versions of Windows and MS Office Suite. He also has extensive advanced training with Novell server operating systems.
He also has training and knowledge in the following areas:
- Network design and implementation
- Wireless networking
- VPN and remote connectivity
